The Eagle’s Eye: A Faculty Guide to Student Well-Being
Faculty often have the sharpest view of students’ behavioral and emotional changes—much like an eagle with a clear vantage point. This session introduces the Red Folder Initiative and other campus resources to support students’ mental, physical, and academic well-being, empowering instructors to discern between stress and signs of significant distress. In this session will walk you through how to observe, engage, and refer students with empathy and confidence, building a stronger, safer campus community.
