Dr. Richard Bitter successfully earned his S.J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in August 2009. His dissertation was titled “An Argument for the Compensability of Partial Regulatory Takings under the 5th Amendment.” Dr. Bitter’s fields of study and professional expertise include: Legal Research, Constitutional and Civil Rights, Takings Law, and Criminal Law. His academic and professional affiliations include: University at Buffalo Law School, Criminal Law Center Fellow, and the Richard L. Bitter Jr. Legal Support Services.
