The Workday Student Change Network is a diverse group comprised of AU stakeholders that extends the reach of change management efforts to prepare AU for its transition to a new student information system by:

• Communicating key project and training information
• Providing insights to Change Management workstream on stakeholder perspectives and engagement

• Serving as local point of contact for stakeholders seeking project information

Our vision for Workday Student is to create a transformative platform that connects people, processes, technology, and data, enabling every student to thrive throughout their academic journey. 

This platform builds upon and integrates into the foundation established by the Workday ERP implementation.  

Through intuitive tools and real-time insights, Workday Student will simplify each step from enrollment to graduation, enhancing access and fostering collaboration. By building a connected campus that is agile and adaptable to future needs, Workday Student provides every user with an efficient and supportive environment to achieve their fullest potential.

Enable an enduring and scalable ERP system that considers current and future cross-functional needs across American University. 

Avoid Replicating Legacy Processes 
Embrace change and design forward looking processes that incorporate established best practices to deliver a system that provides users with the ability to access the right information at the right time.
