This new Certificate program offers rigorous and up-to-date training for all professionals on the multiple challenges at the intersection of human rights and business activity including: data privacy and surveillance, environmental risks and climate change, specific industry risks in the extractive, agricultural, and technological industries, compliance with international standards, and much more.

Over 8 weeks of live weekly classes, participants will actively explore the theoretical and legal foundations of the field, including the UN Guiding Principles, national and international challenges and implementation mechanisms, strategic litigation, and specific case studies. The program takes a practical, interactive, and multidisciplinary approach, aimed at lawyers, members of NGOs, public officials, academics, and companies committed to responsible conduct. This certificate is not for academic credits.
