Through these workshops and ongoing advising, Washington Semester Program students build the professional skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace. Students apply what they learn directly in their internships while receiving mentorship and guidance from WSP internship advisors throughout the semester.

By the end of the program, participants leave Washington, DC with stronger professional competencies, meaningful connections, and practical strategies they can carry forward into future internships and full-time careers.
